Will Rosewarne is a lawyer and corporate governance expert who founded Steady Advisory to help firms do great things, no matter their persuasion. He recently completed a 5-year appointment as Company Secretary of CVGT Australia Limited - one of Australia’s largest employment services providers by caseload and revenue. Prior to that he worked as Company Secretary and Stakeholders Director of I CAN Network Ltd. - Australia’s first social enterprise founded and majority-led by young people on the Autism Spectrum; and played a pivotal role in driving its explosive growth from a small, Victorian-based charity to a rapidly expanding national player, innovator and thought leader in the Autism space.

Will has 9 years of experience working directly with charities and social enterprises as a Company Secretary or Senior Executive in a private consultant and/or professional appointed capacity, as well as a broad range of corporate transaction, due diligence and entity lifecycle management experience in the professional services industry. He has worked with some of the largest charities in Australia, the United Kingdom and the United States of America, and is passionate about leveraging the power of community to pursue social causes across disability, education, environment, employment support, and medical research activities.
